FLOOR PLAN & INTERIOR DESIGN
Once your building site has been selected, we team up with an Architect Partner to create your floorplans. Then it’s time to collaborate with one of our talented Design Specialists (or bring your own!) who will provide professional guidance on the many available features and options for your new home. This part of the process will bring your floorplan to life with a style and design concept tailored to your lifestyle.
PROJECT PRICING & DESIGN REVIEW
Once the site development, floorplans, and design specifications have been finalized, we will provide you with several pricing structure options. All the project details are reviewed thoroughly before construction begins in an effort to price your construction costs as accurately as possible. Any changes during construction are presented to you first to avoid surprises and ensure additional costs are discussed and approved before being implemented.
