Where does David Leite Custom Homes build?
We build homes in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area and surrounding regions, in both urban and rural settings.
Must I provide the lot in order for you to build me a home?
We can certainly build on land you already own, or we can build on one of our own available Showcase lots. We can also assist you through our local Realtor network to find a lot suited to your specific needs.
How long will it take to build my home?
The completion date for your particular home is discussed during your initial consultations. Since every home is unique and tailored to each client’s needs, an estimated completion date depends on the home’s design, your structural and finish-out options, as well as seasonal weather patterns.
Do you charge per square foot?
We have two pricing structures:
Fixed Price: Under this format our professional fee is a fixed price per square foot that is calculated once all design selections and structural features have been finalized, including garages, porches, outdoor living areas and landscaping design.
Cost-Plus: A cost-plus format may be selected where our professional fee is a percentage of all the development and construction costs. This percentage will vary from one home to the next based upon several factors including but not limited to: lot location and topography, size of home, structural and finish-out detail complexity.
Does David Leite Custom Homes do additions?
